法王开示：
I hope all of you are doing well.
大家好。
Today is the third day of the Aspirations to End Adversity.
今天是除障大祈愿共修的第三天。
The texts we will recite together today and sutra and dharani of Buddha Akshobhya.
今天要和大家一起念诵的是不动佛的经典和陀罗尼。
The Buddha said many times that the dharani of Protector Akshobhya is supreme for purifying karmic obscurations.
不动佛的陀罗尼，在清净罪业上，是非常殊胜的，佛陀不断地提到这一点。
Thus the Akshobhya dharani is called the Dharani that Purifies All Karmic Obscurations.
因此，不动佛的陀罗尼被称为《净罪陀罗尼》。
He has a particular ability to purify karmic obscurations.
为什么不动佛陀罗尼，有清净罪业的利益呢？
I think this is primarity connected to the commitment he made when he first roused bodhichitta——-”From now until I reach buddhahood, I will never feel malice or hatred toward any sentient being!”
主要是因为不动佛，在初发菩提心的时候发愿道：直至证得菩提果位前，不对任何众生生起嗔害之心。我想就是因为他这样的大愿所致。
Because he made such a strong commitment, he was given the name Akshobhya or Unshajable.
因为发起如此广大的誓愿，他也得到了无嗔、不动的名号。
He kept this oath firmly from the time he was a bodhisattva until he achieved buddhahood.
在他行菩萨道，直至成佛间，坚守誓言。
Because he never felt malice or hatred toward any being,when he awoke to buddhahood,the maras didn’t even think to try and make obstacles for him,it is said.
不对任何众生，起嗔害之心，因为这样的力量，在他成佛的时候，据说魔罗连一点制造障碍的心，都无法生起。
It is for reasons such as these that Akshobhya is supreme for purifying karmic obscurations,in particular those that arose from hatred and malice.
总之，由于以上种种的原因，不动佛的殊胜处，是清净罪业，尤其清净因为嗔害之心而造作的罪业。
As you all know, in this universe, there are many trillions of worlds like this one where Buddha Shakyamuni appeared.
大家都知道，就像释迦牟尼佛降临的娑婆世间，世界上还有无量的世间。
For example, to the west, there is Amitabha’s pure realm Sukhavati,as I’m sure you know.
例如在西方，有阿弥陀佛的极乐净土，这大家都知道。
There are also many other buddha realms.
另外还有很多诸佛的净土。
It is said that the Buddha Akshobhya dwells in the eastern realm of Abhirati.
不动佛的净土，是位于东方的妙喜净土。
One of the major sections of the Kangyur is the Ratnakuta Sutra.
总之，详细的内容，在《甘珠尔》中有一部《大宝积经》。
In that section,there is the Sutra of the Features of the Tathagata Akshobhya’s Realm,which you can read to learn about it.
这是很大部头的经典，其中有《不动佛国》，各位若去阅读，就会明白。
In our own world ,we human beings act in ways that cause severe harm to our world and the beings who live in it.
现在我们这个世间，由于人类的行为，对于大自然和所有的生命，已经和正在造成极大的伤害。
Through climate change and other crises, we humans beings are turning into terrifying demons destroying life on earth.
同时也造成环境气候的破坏，人类就像是破坏生物界的恐怖害虫一样，到处走来走去。
For the ske of food,clothes,luxury,and the like,every day millions of animals experience the suffering of being killed and butchered.
同样，我们还为了穿的、吃的，甚至奢侈品，每天都在切砍、杀害大量的生命，令他们饱受煎熬和痛苦。
Actually,avoiding harm and seeking benefit is not just a human right and freedom.It is every single sentient being’s right and freedom.
其实，避免伤害和求取利益，不只是人类的权利和自由，而是一切有心识的生命的权利和自由。
Thus it is critical for us to respect and protect others beings’ lives and happiness,to take on the responsibility of bringing them benefit and happiness,and to accept the hardships that entails.
因此，我们应该尽力保护和尊重，其他众生的生命和福祉，也要不畏艰难，承担起利益他人的责任。这是非常重要的。
Next, please join me in reciting these two dharanis of the Buddha Akshobhya wth the kind intention of bringing benefit to all sentient beings.
因此接下来，我们生起利益众生的善心，念诵《不动佛陀罗尼经》。
